Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere has been offered to Paris Saint Germain by his agent, as he delays on signing a new deal with the club, according to the Daily Mail.
The midfielder whose contract expires in a few weeks has been widely expected to renew his contract, with reports saying that Arsenal had made a breakthrough in negotiations with him, but he has now put negotiations on hold as he assesses other options.
The England international who failed to make Gareth Southgate’s World Cup squad is wanted by Wolverhampton and Everton with PSG now in the mix.
Arsenal have offered him a three-year contract with an option to extend for an additional year, but it is reported that Everton and Wolves are offering him a higher pay.
His agent has gone ahead to meet with Paris Saint Germain’s director of football Antero Henrique over a potential transfer for the midfielder.
However, the club recently unveiled Thomas Tuchel as their new manager, and it is believed that he would like to take control of transfers himself, and doesn’t seem to be too keen on the Arsenal midfielder.
