Arsenal target Anthony Martial isn’t interested in a move away from Manchester United.

The France international finds himself on the fringes of first team football at Manchester United and was recently linked with a move to Arsenal.

It’s being claimed Wenger wants Martial to replace Alexis Sanchez, who has refused to sign a new contract with us but it appears we may have to look elsewhere as the winger isn’t interest in a move to the Emirates.

According to Manchester Evening News via the Daily Cannon, Martial is settled and happy at Manchester United and isn’t looking to leave the club.

The winger appear determined to work his way back into Mourinho’s starting xi and will concentrate on doing that rather than contemplate on a move to Arsenal.

It was always going to be difficult to get Martial to join us because Mourinho and Wenger are big rivals and the former will not want to sell anyone to Arsenal.

Martial’s reluctance to stay will further complicate any attempt to lure him away from Man Utd but all that could change next summer, if he continues to find it difficult to find a route into the starting xi and I hope Arsenal will be able to take advantage if that happens.

Breaking News: Olivier Giroud Leaving Arsenal In January -Reports Confirm

Follow Footballbible on Facebook and Twitter to get up to date football related news from the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga and other leagues around the World. News From Chelsea, Everton, Arsenal, Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool.

Olivier Giroud could leave Arsenal when the January transfer window opens, according to the Daily Cannon.

The French striker was the subject of interest from Everton in the summer but he opted to stay at Arsenal.

However, he’s yet to start a league game this season and has been made to play second fiddle to Alexandre Lacazette who joined the club in the summer.

It’s understandable if Lacazette is the club’s first choice, having joined for a club record £52m in the summer but that could have a negative effect on Giroud’s future.

Few days ago, France boss Didier Deschamp sent a warning to Giroud that his place in the squad could be under threat if he isn’t playing regularly for his club and the manager backed his statement by picking Lacazette ahead of Giroud in thier qualifier against Bulgaria.

Although, Giroud started the subsequent game on Tuesday, he has now realized that his place in France starting xi isn’t  guaranteed, which could just push him towards the exit door in the new year, especially with the world cup around the corner.

Everton could still renew their interest in the striker in January as Koeman’s men languish in 16th position on the log table.

However, one potential stumbling block would be Wenger’s reluctance to do business in the winter transfer window. It’s going to be difficult to convince the manager to sell mid-season, especially after he opened the door for the striker to leave in the summer but he chose to stay.

Confirmed: Julian Draxler To Join Arsenal In January In Shock Swap Deal

Follow Footballbible on Facebook and Twitter to get up to date football related news from the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga and other leagues around the World. News From Chelsea, Everton, Arsenal, Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool.

Arsenal could make a move for Julian Draxler in January as part of a swap deal which will see Alexis Sanchez move the other way, according to reports.

With Alexis set to leave the club when his contract expires at the end of the season, Arsenal are considering selling him if a suitable offer is received in the new year.

Manchester City, Manchester United and Paris Saint Germain are all believed to be interested in the Chilean and the French club appear to be the perfect club for Arsenal to do business with.

Not just because it will stop us from playing against Sanchez in the league (something that would happen if he joins a direct rival), it will also provide us the perfect opportunity to sign a direct replacement.

According to the Daily Cannon, Draxler is unhappy at PSG and Arsenal are now considering a swap deal which would see him arrive here while Sanchez goes the other way.

Draxler who joined PSG in January has fallen down the pecking order due to the arrival of Neymar Jr and Kylian Mbappe. He feels he deserves to be playing regularly, after racking up an impressive 10 goals in 25 games in first six months at Paris.

Draxler could be a good replacement for Sanchez, although he has a lot to do before he can reach the Chilean’s level, he has the potential to reach that level. Arsene Wenger has spoken glowingly about the winger in the past and we’ve been monitoring since his time at Schalke.

In my opinion, I think the deal would make sense for all parties involved. Arsenal will be getting a direct replacement for Sanchez, PSG will be getting their top target while Draxler will be moving to a club where he can fulfill his potential.

Wenger Key January Target Lucas Moura Makes Massive Transfer Statement

Arsenal target Lucas Moura is not thinking of leaving Paris Saint Germain, even though reports of Arsenal interest have continued to gather momentum.

The Gunners have reportedly identified the Brazilian as a replacement for Alexis Sanchez and have made him a winter transfer target.

However, Moura has revealed he is focusing on improving at PSG and forcing his way back into Unai Emery’s plans, in the process handing Arsenal a huge blow.

“Now I eat by following rules. I don’t eat pizzas and barbecue food anymore, despite how much I miss them,” he told UOL Esporte via the Daily Cannon.

“But I am concentrating on improving my physical performance.

Whatever the situation with the national team, that is Tite’s decision.

“I need to concentrate on improving at PSG. The season began in a difficult way for me, but my aim is to win back my starting place and the great moments that I had last year.”

Moura has made just two substitute appearances for PSG this season, after being pushed down the pecking order by the arrivals of big money signings Neymar Jr and Kylian Mbappe.

The Brazilian scored 19 goals last season but face a fight to match that tally this term due to increased competition for places.

Arsenal, meanwhile, would offer him the chance to play regularly as we will need to sign a new winger if Alexis continues to stall on a new deal.

Wenger Send Top Scout To Finalize Deal For This Impressive January Target

A Turkish based newspaper is claiming Arsenal are scouting Oguzhan Ozyakup.

Ozyakup spent six years in Arsenal academy before he was sold to Besiktas in 2013. He wasn’t able to make a first team appearance before his departure but he has developed into a top player at Besiktas.

Arsenal have been linked with resigning the midfielder in recent years but nothing happened as Wenger instead signing Mohammed Elneny and Granit Xhaka when he wanted to sign midfielders.

But reports in Turkey won’t stop linking us with Ozyakup.

Recently Foto Mac via the Daily Cannon said Arsenal sent Martin Keown to Turkey to watch the midfielder.

The report even quoted Keown as saying:

“The Turkish national team was not of the quality of Besiktas in the Champions League, so Oğuzhan, one of the players we followed, could not show himself. These matches can not be measured, we will watch him again later.”

His development at Besiktas isn’t entirely surprising as he was one with so much potential when he joined us from AZ Alkmaar in 2007.

However, I don’t think Arsenal are so keen on Ozyakup, it is most likely one of those periodical checks we carry out on talented players, with the view of keeping tabs on their development ahead of a future move,

I don’t think Wenger will be chasing a centre midfielder now as we currently have more than enough options in that position.

Granit Xhaka, Mohamed Elneny, Jack Wilshere, Francis Coquelin and Aarom Ramsey could all do good jobs in that position. Except of course Wenger is looking to sell a few of them in other to land the Turkish star.

Another Arsenal Star Desperate To Leave In January For This Reason…

Arsenal forward Oliver Giroud has been linked with a summer move to Italian giants Inter Milan and Juventus.

Following the summer arrival of Alexandre Lacazette, the 31-year-old who decided to remain at the Emirates was then linked with a host of clubs with Everton rumoured to be chief amongst them.

The Serie A duo are now also understood to be monitoring the striker’s situation at the Emirates with the plan of swooping for him next summer.

Juventus apparently want more attacking options despite Mario Mandžukić signing a new contract, which takes him up until 2020 with the Serie A club while Inter want another striker as Mauro Icardi is the only one they’ve got at the moment.

According to Calciomercato via Express, Juventus and Inter could move for Giroud next year if Everton fail in their attempts to sign him.

The French international who has been a victim of the Gunners strength in depth in attack may be very well tempted by a move away from the Emirates as he is yet to start a Premier League game thus far this season.

Though Giroud continues to divide opinion amongst Gooners about his ability to lead the line, there is however no argument over his finishing ability as the striker scored his 100th Gunners goal during the Europa League win over BATE Borisov last month.

The French forward who has recently fallen behind teammate Lacazette in the pecking order for the French squad recently said he feels his decision to remain in North London was the right one.

“I had the opportunity to leave [Arsenal],” he told French TV station Canal Plus .

“I was very close to another English club, Everton. But I think I made the best choice.”

The striker is however understood to be considering a move away next year and should he miss out on the French squad heading to Russia for the World Cup next summer, he will definitely quit the Gunners next year, the striker who has developed the habit of impacting games from the substitutes bench in recent times will surely be missed if he moves on.

Arsenal Star Man Desperate to Leave in January for being dropped vs Watford

Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere is understood to be interested in a move away from the Emirates in the upcoming winter transfer window.

The English international who is into the last year of his contract with the Gunners is said to be very concerned about the amount of game time he will receive at the Emirates as he still harbors plans of forcing his way into Gareth Southgate’s squad for the World Cup next summer.

Sources close to the player have revealed that the 25-year-old believes that he has been fit enough to be heavily involved since the start of the season, the midfielder is now seriously considering a move away from the club in order to guarantee regular playing time with another Premier League side which would boost his World Cup hopes.

All that is according to the Times via Daily Cannon, who further reported London rivals West Ham United and Crystal Palace as potential destinations for Wilshere.

The midfielder has so far been limited to games in the Cup competitions, he has featured in both the Carabao Cup and the Europa League this season.

With no news to report regarding an extension to his contract that runs out at the end of the current campaign, a move by the player either on temporary or permanent basis will spell the end of the end of his Arsenal career.

It will be sad to see Wilshere, who has been at the club since he was nine, leave without fulfilling his obvious potential after all the hopes Gooners had on him when he broke into the first team in 2009.

January Blow: Arsenal told they have “No Chance” of signing this French star

Follow Footballbible on Facebook and Twitter to get up to date football related news from the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga and other leagues around the World. News From Chelsea, Everton, Arsenal, Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool.

Arsene Wenger’s plans of strengthening his squad next summer with the acquisition of Manchester United forward Anthony Martial has been dealt a severe blow with reports claiming the Red Devils are not open to idea of selling their versatile forward, especially to Arsenal.

With star forward Alexis Sanchez set to depart the Emirates in one of the next two windows coupled with the difficulty in trying to finalize a deal for Thomas Lemar last summer, Wenger who is was understood to be monitoring a few top talents around Europe capable of replacing the Chilean had targeted Martial who has made just one league start for the Red Devils since the start of the season.

The 21-year-old striker is understood to be worried as to why he is currently not in the first team despite his assured performances in his substitute appearances off the bench. For a player who intends to make the vastly talented French squad for the World next summer, the player’s concern is understandable.

The Frenchman suffered a little dip in form last year but looks reborn this season as he continues to fight his way back into the first team.

Following his arrival from Monaco two years ago as a teenager, Martial immediately took the Premier League in his wake finishing as the Red Devils top scorer.

Personal problems off the pitch meant he struggled to replicate such high standards last season, with five goals and six assits thus far this season, Martial seems back to his best.

With Wenger’s long history of recruiting very talented compatriots, his interest in the player came with no surprise.

However, according to the Daily Star via Daily Cannon, Wenger’s plans of signing Martial have been brought to an abrupt end as a source from Old Trafford has stated that there’s no chance of the transfer happening.

“Arsenal have no chance of getting Anthony Martial,” the source said. “He is happy at the club and even if he did want to leave, he wouldn’t be sold to Arsenal.”

Mourinho seems set to continue his trend of blocking his players moving to the Emirates. On more than one occasion, the special one has refused to sell a squad to the Gunners in the past.

In the summer of 2013, he refused to let a third choice Demba Ba join Arsenal on loan because he didn’t want to strengthen a rival, a year later he also vehemently opposed the idea of Petr Cech moving to the Emirates even though he was second choice in goal at the time.

Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil could sign a contract extension to remain at the Emirates beyond the current campaign as talks between the Gunners and the player’s representatives understood to be progressing well.

The German international who is into the last year of his contract at the Emirates has been linked with a move to a host of top European clubs with Manchester United and Barcelona reported to be keen.

It is however understood that unlike the situation of Alexis Sanchez who is determined to quit the Gunners next summer, remaining with the Gunners is a realistic option for Ozil.

The 29-year-old who is free to negotiate with foreign clubs from the turn of the year has surprisingly received no formal offers till date.

Besiktas have also been linked with the former Real Madrid star and, while his agent confirmed Ozil was happy to hear of the interest from the Turkish club, he however revealed that the midfielder is determined to remain in the Premier League for now.

Sogut told Fanatik : “Mesut is glad to hear of Besiktas being interested in him, however, no proposal has reached us.” Reports Goal

“Even if that did happen, he wants to play in the Premier League for at least two to three more years.

“Our contact with Arsenal continues and we are moving in a positive direction.”

The World Cup winner was recently absent from international duty for Germany due to a knee inflammation.

Wenger Table Stunning January Bid For This Sensational La Liga Star Man

Arsenal are understood to be in a three way battle to sign Real Betis midfielder Fabian Ruiz.

The youngster who has broken into the senior squad at Betis continues to impress with matured performances beyond his age which has not unnoticed by the top European clubs.

With the likely departures of Mesut Ozil, Santi Carzola and Jack Wilshere at the end of the current campaign, Wenger who is understood to be keen on reinvigorating his midfield next year has targeted the youngster as part of his plans.

According to Spanish outlet Don Balon via Daily Cannon, Arsenal want to sign Real Betis’ Ruiz but face competition from Real Madrid and United. The report also credits Manchester City with an interest in the player.

Ruiz who has been in sparkling form in his four La Liga appearances for the Spanish club this season, scoring once and assisting twice is understood to have a buy-out clause of just  £13.4m.

The 21-year-old has come through the ranks at the Spanish club after joining their youth set-up in 2004 at the age of just eight. Ruiz who is now very highly rated in Spain has the required tools to develop into one a top class midfielder and has unsurprisingly been backed to go on to achieve big things in his career.

Whilst Gooners would expectedly be pessimistic about our chances of coming out tops in a battle with several European giants to sign up the player, it’s always an entirely different ball game for Wenger when players are young and extremely gifted. The gaffer still maintains an excellent track record of developing young players.
