Arsenal have reportedly raided Newcastle United for goalkeeper coach Chris Terpcou, he will work alongside Andy Woodman with the u18s and u23s, according to the MAG
The Australian will now be part of Unai Emery’s backroom team at second-string level after play a big part in the development of Newcastle United shot-stopper Freddie Woodman, who has worked his way through the ranks and into the England Under-21 squad in recent years.
Emery’s backroom staff at first-team level is yet to be finalised just yet, although there have been reports that he will link up with some familiar faces from his time at Paris Saint-Germain, Sevilla and Valencia.
Arsenal have a number of talented young goalkeepers on the verge of first-team opportunities, so it’s no surprise the Gunners are taking this step to see the club try and bring in the right people to help the youngsters make that final step.
