Chelsea forward Eden Hazard has ‘practically’ sealed a summer move to Real Madrid, shock reports in Spain suggest.

According to Diario Gol, Bernabeu bigwigs including president Florentino Perez believe a swoop for Hazard will go through at the end of the season.

And it is claimed that Spain international Isco could head to Chelsea as a makeweight in the deal.

Hazard is a long-term target for Real Madrid, who are expected to revamp their squad when the transfer window reopens as a result of their poor campaign.

He has two-and-a-half years left on his contract and Chelsea want to tie the Belgian down to a longer deal but no agreement has been reached leading to speculation he is heading to Madrid.

Speaking ahead of Chelsea’s Champions League clash against Barcelona, Hazard claimed he is happy at Stamford Bridge.

“I have played for Chelsea for six years now and I am happy here, my family is happy here,” he said.

“I am just thinking about the game tomorrow and the rest of this season.”

Despite Hazard’s public claims, Diario Gol claim Real Madrid chief Perez will head to London for talks with Chelsea after growing confident of landing Hazard.

Express Sport understands the Spanish giants are preparing to offer Gareth Bale plus £100million to Chelsea.

But, according to Diario Gol, Isco fancies joining the Blues and could be offered in part-exchange for Hazard.

Pal Alvaro Morata has reportedly been pushing for Isco to switch to Stamford Bridge.

Diario Gol claim Perez is eager to offload the 25-year-old.

He will be offered to Premier League teams but Manchester United and Tottenham are reportedly not interested.
