It seems Manchester United have been handed a massive blow in signing Sergej Milinkovic-Savic from Lazio with report claiming he has agreed four year deal with Serie A giants Juventus, according to report in Italy.
According to former Juventus general director Luciano Moggi, revealed that Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Joao Cancelo will join Juventus this summer.
The Serbian midfielder was heavily linked with a move to Manchester United but it seems he will be moving to Juve instead.
The Lazio midfielder is reportedly on Jose Mourinho’s summer shortlist as he looks to find replacements for Michael Carrick, who retired at the end of last season, and Marouane Fellaini, who looks set to leave the club.
Moggi told Italian television channel 7 Gold deals had been agreed for both Milinkovic-Savic and Portuguese right-back Joao Cancelo.
“For Cancelo the situation is this: he wants Juve and Juve wants him,” Moggi said.
“The operation will go like that for Milinkovic-Savic. The fee with Lazio is already set, he will also go to Juventus.”
However, no official statement have been released in regards to this deal.
