It seems Liverpool and Arsenal could miss out in signing Bayern Leverkusen goalkeeper Bernd Leno, according to the Express
The Reds are not showing concrete interest in Bayer Leverkusen ace Leno despite reports claiming Jurgen Klopp is interested in the German goal-stopper as he looks for a replacement for Loris Karius.
Arsenal have also shown interest in signing the 26-year-old this summer as new boss Unai Emery is also looking for a goalkeeper who will provide competition for Petr Cech.
That is the claim of Italian agent Fabio Parisi, who is discussing a move for the goalkeeper with Napoli.
“I take care of the negotiation with Naples, I do not think the interest of the Reds is concrete,” Parisi told RMC Sport.
“There may be other interested English clubs, but I do not think the Napoli contender could be Liverpool.”
