Manchester United are looking to sign Juventus Argentine attacking midfielder Paulo Dybala for a reported £60 million.
Daily star believes that Mourinho has been targeting the midfielder for a while and is confident on luring him to Old Trafford next summer.
Dybala has also been linked with moves to Chelsea and Arsenal in the past summer and it will take something for Mourinho to bring him to England.
The Manchester United manager is said to admire his pace, technique and creativity, and with his goal scoring ability he would fit in just well at United.
Dybala, 24, joined Juventus in 2015 from Palermo for a fee of £30 million, and has won two Serie A titles as well as a Coppa Itallia trophy.
Mourinho recently criticized United’s transfer policy, stating that £300 million he has spent so far on players is not enough to challenge for trophies.
This outburst might lead to an increase in transfer budget available to him, paving the way for him to make a strong move for Dybala who in my opinion would take much more than £60 million to convince Juve to part with.
Adding Dybala will put United in a better position to challenge their rivals Man City for the title next season.
