Eden Hazard is reported to be on the radar of the French Ligue 1 club, Paris Saint-Germain. The Chelsea midfielder who has been phenomenal this season for his club is also said to be interested in the move. However, manager Jose Mourinho has ridiculed such news and stated there is no possibility of Hazard leaving the club.
Hazard has started with a total of 26 games this season for Chelsea in all competitions. He has scored 11 goals and made a total of 5 assists.
The midfielder has been lethal against rivals and his performance against Liverpool in the Premier League is one his most notable performance this season.
The twenty-three year old is one of Jose Mourinho’s prized assets in the team and there is no way Mourinho is going to let him leave. The midfielder adds immense quality and skill to the team plus his ability to sneak past defenders at high speed proves extremely vital against strong opponents.
It was reported in Le Parisien that the Belgium International disclosed his intentions to join PSG next summer, but Mourinho absolutely denied the probability of such talk.
According to ESPN, Mourinho has spoken on the matter: “I’m not worried because if his value was around £40 million when Chelsea bought him, if two years later he’s twice or three times better than he was when we bought him, I think his value is a crazy value, so Eden on top of that is not a player Chelsea is interesting in selling anyway. Our tag is not to sell, plus the crazy amount that he can value in this moment, I think no chance that Eden can leave.”
