Popular news outlet Tuttosport claims Chelsea have agreed personal terms with Daniele Rugani, as the Italian closes in on a move to Stamford Bridge this summer.
According to exclusive claims from Italian reporter Alfredo Pedulla, the Blues have increased their offer for Rugani to a high as €55 million. (£45m)
