Arsenal are set to lose Theo Walcott to Everton as part of a double swoop next month which also involves Arsenal target Steven Nzonzi from Sevilla, according to The Express.

Theo Walcott has fallen down the pecking order at the Emirates this season, with just 3 substitute appearances and not a single start in the league this season. But he has been impressive in the Europa League and Carabao Cup games.

His talent has attracted Sam Allardyce who is looking to strengthen his Everton squad in January, with the significant funds he has been given to reinvest in the squad as reported by The Mirror.

The former Southampton youngster will need this move if he is to have any chance of breaking into the England World Cup squad.

The Toffees are also ready to battle the Gunners for the signature of former Stoke City midfielder Steven Nzonzi who has been impressive since joining Sevilla in 2015.

The Daily mail has it that they are set to hold talks with the defensive midfielder ahead of a January move.
