Uruguay midfielder, Lucas Torreira has been officially completed a move to Arsenal.
Arsenal agreed a fee with Sampdoria for his services before the 2018 World Cup began, but the 22-year-old dithered on the move to focus on the tournament.
Torreira confirmed on Monday he was in London ahead of his medicals, it is understood the deal is worth around £26million (€29m/$34m) he will earn £50,000 a week at Arsenal.
And according to Uruguayan outlet Tenfield, Torreira will sign a five-year contract at the Emirates.
Meanwhile, 19-year-old Guendouzi is expected to put pen to paper after Gunners head coach Unai Emery persuaded him to join.
Emery had previously attempted to sign PSG starlet Yacine Adli on a free transfer but the French youngster made a u-turn after initially being set on a move to north London.
It is understood Torreira will wear the No.11 shirt at Arsenal, Daily Star understands.
Mesut Ozil will wear the number 10 jersey which was left by Jack Wilshere who left last month to join West Ham o a free transfer.
Arsenal goalkeeper Bernd Leno, meanwhile, had the No.19 confirmed as his choice yesterday.
