In what will come as a massive transfer shock to Manchester United fans world wide should it come to fruition, Paulo Dybala has urged Paul Pogba to strongly consider a return to Juventus this summer.
The former Juventus powerhouse cut a frustrating figure this season at Man Utd and found himself out of Jose Mourinho’s starting XI at the start of February, sparking up rumours of a shock possible move away from Old Trafford.
French Ligue 1 Champions, PSG, have been strongly linked with Pogba and the France midfielder’s former club, Juve, have also been named as a possible destination ahead of the 2018/19 campaign.
Dybala, 24, struck up an sensational partnership with Pogba, 25, during their time in Turin and the Argentinian is hoping that they are reunited next season at Juventus.
‘I maintained a good relationship with Paul, even after he left for England,’ the Argentina forward told TyC Sports.
‘I felt very good on the pitch with him. There was a lot of feeling between us, and we also got on very well off the field.
‘To hear that he could come back makes me very happy, also for our friendship because we’d stop video-calling each other and go back to training together. ‘We always created new greetings, new ways to celebrate a goal, like when we touched our fingers after watching Dragon Ball Z.’
