Mauricio Pellegrino confirmed that Cedric Soares (hamstring) is the only absentee for the home encounter against Arsenal.

Jeremy Pied deputised at right-back against Bournemouth last weekend, and could continue as part of an unchanged back four, with Maya Yoshida providing the main alternative in defence.

Steven Davis was used alongside Oriol Romeu at the base of midfield in the 4-2-3-1 formation last time out but Mario Lemina is set to push for a recall against the Gunners.

Davis may be shifted forward into the No 10 role, then, perhaps seeing Dusan Tadic and Sofiane Boufal start out wide.

Nathan Redmond did impress as a substitute last weekend, though, and offers a strong alternative, while James Ward-Prowse is another possible option in the attacking midfield positions.

Charlie Austin should lead the Saints attack once more, with Manolo Gabbiadini and Shane Long, who has recovered from a calf problem, the back-up options.
