Chelsea are reportedly planning to make Eden Hazard the highest paid player after offering him a new deal worth £300,000-a-week.
The Blues boss maintains that keeping the Belgian talisman is the priority as he wants to see a host of stars remain at Stamford Bridge
The Belgian attacker’s current deal expires in the summer of 2020 and the Blues are hoping to persuade him to remain at the club.

However, the 27-year-old is said to be eyeing a move to Real Madrid as reported by SunSport quoting Daily Mail.

Despite eyeing a move to the Santiago Bernabeu, Hazard has been a top performer for his Premier League side, netting seven times and creating five assists in the EPL.

He has also been impressive for the London club in all other competitions – as they are yet to drop point in their Europa League campaign so far.

The Blues manager Maurizio Sarri said only Hazard can determine where his future lies but insisted that he wants him at the Bridge.

Sarri said: “It’s up to him. The club is available to sign a new contract immediately but it’s up to him if he wants to renew.

“I want Eden here, of course, but I want him here if he wants to stay here. I know very well that there are discussions between the club and the manager of Eden every week.”

Chelsea also wants to tie down Antonio Rudiger and Callum Hudson-Odoi to new deals.
