Juventus are in the hunt for a new right back and will return for their former target Hector Bellerin, according to the Mirror.
The Old lady who won an Italian double this season made moves for the Spanish right back last summer but were knocked back by Arsenal who are determined to keep him.
They are back again this summer as they are in need of a right back with Stephan Lichtsteiner leaving the club, and they will be demanding that the Gunners lower their £50 million valuation.
The 23-year old’s development has stalled in recent times, culminating in the fact that he will not go with Spain to the World Cup this summer as he did not make the 23-man list for Russia.
It is believed that a move away will kick start his development, but the Gunners are wary of letting him go as replacing him will be difficult and there’s the possibility of regretting it if he turns out to be world class.
They have repeatedly turned down interests from his former club Barcelona also, and with his current deal running till 2023, they have an upper hand on the negotiation table.
With a new manager coming in soon however, hopefully he will help Bellerin achieve his full potential.
