Boca Juniors President Daniel Angelici has claimed that there has been no offer from Arsenal for star forward Pavon. However, he did concede the possibility of the player leaving the club.

Boca Juniors attacker Christian Pavon has refused to rule out a move away from the Argentine club this month which has given hope to Premier League sides who are interested in signing him.

The Argentine International said: “I wish it was fixed, I said at one point that I was going to stay but, well, I still do not know anything. Arsenal are ready to trigger the Argentine’s release clause of £37m if Borussia Dortmund forward Pierre Emerick Aubameyang’s deal turns out unsuccessful.
