According to report from the BBC, Leeds have signed Chelsea goalkeeper on loan ahead of his debut campaign in England.

Blackman, who is yet to make a senior appearance for Chelsea, spent last season on-loan at Championship rivals Sheffield United he will join club team-mate Lewis Baker, who moved to Elland Road last month.

The 24-year-old keeper made 33 appearances across all competitions, conceding 35 goals and keeping 10 clean sheets.

Blackman is expected to go straight into Marco Bielsa’s squad for the friendly against Forest Green Rovers on Tuesday.

This will be his fifth loan move, after spending time at Middlesbrough, Ostersunds FK, Wycombe Wanderers and most recently, Sheffield United. He made 33 appearances in the Sky Bet Championship for Chris Wilder’s side in the 2017/18 season.
