According to an Exclusive report on the Daily Star Chelsea will be joined by AC Milan, Paris Saint-Germain and Atletico Madrid in the race to sign Richarlison.
Everton paid an initial £40m for Richarlison and are desperate to hold onto the Brazil international, hence the decision to slap a monster price tag on his head.
Richarlison, 21, has scored 10 times in 23 league outings for the Toffees.
And since winning his first senior cap with Brazil last September he has rattled in three in six appearances for his country.
It is understood Richarlison’s future could depend on whether Silva stays at Everton beyond the end of the season.
The Portuguese coach has been a huge influence on the player’s career – but is in danger of the sack at Goodison Park after a terrible run of results.
That would be a big personal blow for Richarlison, who was a virtual unknown before then-Watford coach Silva brought him to England from Fluminense in July 2017 for just £11.2m.
After being appointed by Everton last summer, Silva immediately made it his priority to get Richarlison to follow him to Merseyside.
