Henrik Mkhitaryan has attracted interest from Italy, with Sky in Italy reporting that Inter Milan are closely monitoring his situation at Manchester United with view to sign the attacking midfielder.

Mkhitaryan moved to Man United last year and after taking time to settle became an important player in the squad until a training ground bust-up with manager Jose Mourinho got him out of the first team squad.

Since then a number of clubs, including Arsenal and Tottenham have been heavily linked to the Armenian international. Now Inter has joined the race.

Inter Milan have been impressive this season and are mounting a serious title challenge, they now want to recruit more personnel in other to sustain their title challenge.

Gerard Deulofeu and Javier Pastore are other targets for the Serie A club, with Inter’s director talking about the possibility of a Pastore move.

We have to understand what Paris Saint-Germain want to do. I don’t think anyone can argue with his quality. He is an important player, we are pleased that he sees Inter as a possibility, but it’s premature to talk about anything else.”

Man United haven’t been at their best since Mkhitaryan was dropped. The fact that Mourinho brought him on at half-time when they we’re two goals down means Mourinho knows it, and United went on to draw the match 2-2 with the Armenian on the pitch. In my opinion Mourinho should sort out his issue with the player for the good of the team.

Do you agree with me? Or should Mkhitaryan be shipped off? Drop your comments below.

  1. So what does this have to do with Arsenal? You are such a poor “journalist” that you literally have to lie in your headlines in order to get people to click on your “articles”. Don’t quit your day job.
