Manchester City are worried Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez will join either Manchester United or Chelsea.
That is the opinion of ESPN FC pundit and former Chelsea midfielder Craig Burley.
Arsenal star Sanchez is out of contract at the end of the season and was wanted by Manchester City in the summer.
City are expected to make another move for the Chilean either in January or come the end of the season when he would be available on a free.
But when discussing his future, Burley suggested Chelsea and Manchester United will also be keen on him.
“There’s another couple of clubs that could satisfy his wage demands,” the Scot said.
“That would be across London to Chelsea or up north to Manchester United.
“Let’s be honest, they (United) cannot have enough players of that ilk.
“They’ve got (Marcus) Rashford who plays a little wider at the moment, but ultimately he will want to play through the middle.
“You’ve got (Anthony) Martial who when he’s good he’s good but when he’s not he’s usually just coming off the bench.
“(Henrikh) Mkhitaryan hasn’t been brilliant for them recently, after a decent start he’s been poor.
“So there is maybe another couple of clubs, maybe Manchester City are worried about him going to one of those clubs as well.”
Sanchez has scored just two goals so far for Arsenal this season in all competitions.
