Manchester United chiefs fear Alexis Sanchez may go the way of Angel Di Maria at Old Trafford.

That’s according to the Daily Mail.

Di Maria famously signed for the club from Real Madrid in 2014 but, after struggling to settle, was sold to PSG just 12 months later.

Sanchez supposedly has United chiefs fearing a repeat with the player often eating alone inside the dressing room and appearing miserable in training.

There are even suggestions Sanchez regrets his decision to make the move.

“He [Sanchez] looks like someone who doesn’t want to be here,” a source told the Daily Mail.

“The whole thing doesn’t seem right and he looks like a lost boy. It was the same with Di Maria.”

  1. Jose Mourinho is the cause for Manchester United struggle and I am surprise the board is still backing him. Ed wood is be manipulated by Jose. This season he is going trophyless and season as well. The wrong coach for United. I don’t see him over powering Guardiola’s city. Never. All the clubs Mourinho had been to, because of lack of his man management there is always dress room unrest. Modern football now, count him out. With all these players we have we cannot play attacking football? So boring and disgusting watching Manchester United playing football.
