Dani Ceballos potential move to Arsenal have taken a massive twist according to emerging reports.
Unai Emery has been open about his desire to bolster the squad of Arsenal but with the transfer window gradually coming to a close, the Gunners have become desperate to see new players.
Ceballos has appeared on the transfer radar of Arsenal this summer, with initially reports claiming a loan move has been proposed for him.
The Gunners wanted to sign the midfielder on a season long loan deal without the option to buy permanently.

But now, according to beIN Sports correspondent Tancredi Palmeri, the Gunners have submitted a bid to sign Ceballos on a permanent deal.
However, Real Madrid are negotiating for a buy-back clause to be inserted in the deal
