Arsenal and Tottenham are both chasing Hoffenheim midfielder Nadiem Amiri, according to Sport Bild.
The 22-year-old has yet to play this season as he recovers from a foot injury but is still on the radar of several clubs across Europe.
Amiri reportedly has a clause in his contract that will allow him to leave for £15 million (€17m/$19m) in January.
The player has regularly appeared for Germany’s under-21 side and has been a consistent performer for his club since making his debut in 2015.
Amiri has been missing from action this season after suffering a metatarsal injury, but he has recently returned to fitness.
Hoffenheim welcomed the attacker back to training on Wednesday:
Amiri was the subject of a €13 million offer from RB Leipzig last summer, but the bid was turned down.
Amiri extended his deal until 2020 last year, but he is now “open to offers” if a major side is interested in his services.
Amiri would be a bargain at the reported price, and other teams will be scouting his potential once he returns to first-team duties.
