Barcelona are prepared to sell Arsenal target Rafinha, according to reports.

The deep lying playmaker has been heavily linked with Arsenal in the last couple of seasons, with reports claiming Wenger is a big fan of the 24 year old.

Rafinha has struggled  to break into Barcelona’s first team, despite showing promises in their academy and the club are now willing to let him leave.

He spent majority of the summer out injured and as a result, couldn’t find a team willing to take him away from the Camp Nou.

He is yet to feature for Barcelona this summer and does look like he will have to consider leaving the club in January.

According to Superdeporte via Talk Sport, Barcelona are set to put Rafinha on sale in January.

Arsenal who was linked with him in the summer are considered as one of the potential destinations for the midfielder.

Chelsea are also believed to be interested in the midfielder, having also been linked with him in the summer.

The report claims Rafinha is keen on playing regular football and would be open to a move away from the Camp Nou.

With Santi Cazorla struggling to return to full fitness, Rafinha could be a perfect replacement for the Spaniard.

However, Rafinha’s injury record could be a problem. The Brazilian has a poor injury record and considering the troubles we’ve had with Wilshere, we may not want to bring in another injury prone player.
