How serious does the injury look? The good news for Arsenal fans is that Alexandre Lacazette doesn’t look set for a long-term layoff.
Unai Emery reassuringly described the forward’s groin concern as a “small injury in training”.
The striker had a fitness test ahead of Arsenal’s Europa League fixture against FC Vorskla Poltava and, while he wasn’t in the matchday squad, that suggests he stands a good chance of being in contention for Sunday’s crunch tie.
Don’t be surprised if Lacazette plays a part in the north London derby in Gameweek 14.
