Jurgen Klopp is still interested in signing a goalkeeper after Loris Karius performance in the Champions League against Real Madrid, the likes of Jan Oblak and Thomas Strakosha have all been linked with a move to Anfield.

However, Liverpool are ready to trigger the £35 million (€40m/$46m) release clause in the contract of Porto defender Alex Telles, according to A Bola .

The 25-year-old has yet to earn a cap for his country but is also eligible to represent Italy and has previously said he would welcome a call-up from the Azzurri.
