Liverpool have entered the race to sign Borussia Dortmund midfielder Christian Pulisic.
The USA international has been linked with Chelsea and Manchester United but United are determined not to miss out on the talented 20-year-old. Pulisic would cost approximately £70m. (€78.9 million) (Sport Bild)
Dortmund aren’t willing to let him leave in January, but Pulisic will have just one year remaining on his contract with them come next summer.
The winger only turned 20 in September, but he has already made 23 appearances for the United States, scoring nine goals.
He has only started four times in the Bundesliga this term, though, as a couple of injuries and the form of Jadon Sancho has left him a little sidelined.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is a big fan of Pulisic, while PSG are admirers and could have money to spend if reports they will sell Neymar prove to be correct.
The 20-year-old has spoken about his future and says he will make a decision in January
Pulisic is an exciting prospect and has emerged as America’s top talent. He became the youngest player to wear the national team’s armband when he captained the side in November’s international friendly against Italy
Pulisic has been at Dortmund since 2015. He’s progressed well at the club but may be looking for the next step in his career.
