According to the Mirror, Manchester United are eyeing Lyon striker Moussa Dembele.

Former Celtic striker Dembele has scored 18 goals in all competitions and his work rate and prolific scoring record for the minutes played this season has caught the eye of scouts.

United are desperate to improve their striking options this summer and 22-year-old Dembele has been hugely impressive in France this season.

As far as Dembele is concerned, United have already sent scouts to watch him in action and he has impressed according to The Sunday Mirror.

Arsenal are also keeping a close eye with manager Unai Emery a long term admirer and they made enquiries before he moved to Lyon last summer.

Emery is looking for a wide forward with Bournemouth ’s Ryan Fraser on his wish list but Dembele is another option with Danny Welbeck out of contract this summer.

Dembele is a sharp shooter and while he has relatively little experience playing in England’s top flight, his pace and power makes him an enticing proposal.
