According to a report via the Mirror, Arsenal are eyeing two of Europe’s top young talents – Rennes starlet Ismaila Sarr and Bayer Leverkusen’s Kai Havertz.
Gunners head of recruitment Sven Mislintat was brought in from Borussia Dortmund in 2017 to spot future talents and he has identified Rennes winger Sarr and Bayer Leverkusen’s midfielder Kavertz as key talents to improve the club.
The Mirror believe that Arsenal could be interested in bringing both players to the Emirates.
Senegalese winger Ismaila Sarr is one of those players, and the 20-year-old has already been linked with Spanish club Ismaila Sarr.
Currently at Rennes, the Ligue 1 has three goals in 10 appearances for the French club.
Havertz, 19, is already a full international for Germany and has played more than 50 games for Bundesliga team Bayer Leverkusen. The midfielder has four goals this season.
Arsenal could need reinforcement in midfield if Aaron Ramsey leaves the club as expected.
The 28-year-old had a contract offer withdraw and is set to leave in the summer.
