Eden Hazard is desperate to force Chelsea and Real Madrid to come closer to an agreement to allow him to go to Spain.

The Belgian star said at the weekend that he had told Chelsea that he had made up his mind about his future – which is that he wants to go to Real.

Express Sport can reveal that Hazard went public about his feelings after the 0-0 draw with Leicester, and the fact that he wants his future resolved, out of sheer frustration that Chelsea and Real are no nearer agreeing a deal after weeks of talks.

Barcelona’s hierarchy are bracing themselves for interest from Chelsea in Philippe Coutinho, as the Blues go in search of a replacement for Hazard, Goal reports.

Although Coutinho wants to remain at Camp Nou despite a disappointing first full season, some members of the Blaugrana’s board of directors are keen to sell this summer.

The Brazil international has failed to impress since arriving from Liverpool in a £105million deal in January 2018, despite playing his part in two LaLiga title wins.

A disappointing performance against his former club at Anfield, saw Barca crash out of Europe, raising more questions of the 26-year-old.

Chelsea, meanwhile, look set to lose Hazard this summer, with the forward very close to joining Real Madrid.
