Paris Saint Germain misfit Lucas Moura is set to reject a number of clubs as he only wants a move to Old Trafford according to reports on the Metro.
The winger has been an important part of the team over the years, but high profile arrivals of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe has seen him lose his place in the starting lineup, making just five league appearances this season.
PSG are desperate to sell the winger on a permanent deal as they look to raise as much funds as they can to stay within Financial Fair Play rules, which they have already stretched with the signings of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe for a combined fee of over £360 million.
However, all the interested parties –which includes Bordeaux, Nantes, Nice Real Betis and Man United according to the Telefoot – are only keen on a loan deal for the Brazilian. Moura though, only wants a move to Old Trafford this January.
PSG are demanding for a fee in the range of £40 million, but Jose Mourinho’s side are looking to bring the Brazilian in on loan with an option of a permanent deal at the end of the loan.
Man United chased him for a long time, and even believed they had agreed a deal for him before he signed for PSG from Sao Paulo in 2012.
Lucas Moura on his good day will add a lot of tricky and quality to Man United, with his ability to play on the right flank better than any of the current options at Old Trafford, but United will have their work cut out to keep him in form and fit.
