Mesut Ozil is reportedly willing to join Barcelona in January if they meet his outrageous demands.
The German is into the last year of his contract and will be free to enter into negotiations with suitors in January.
Arsenal now face a prospect of losing the midfielder for free in the summer or selling him in January if he refuses to sign a new deal.
Although, Wenger recently stated that Ozil and Sanchez will not be allowed to leave the Emirates in January even if they don’t commit their futures, that hasn’t stopped reports linking the German with a move to the Camp Nou.
According to Spanish publication Diario Gol via the Daily Cannon, Ozil is ready to join Barcelona if they are prepared to offer him a huge signing on fee.
The report claim Barca can sign Ozil for around £30m from Arsenal but the only problem would be the signing on fee which he will demand.
Although a figure wasn’t stated, it is being claimed that Ozil would demand a ‘huge’ signing on fee.
