Emeka Obasi who is the agent of Chelsea star Ola Aina has revealed his client main goal is to fight for a place in the Chelsea team despite being shipped out on loan to Torino with the Serie A club having an option to buy.
The Nigerian international penned a fresh contract at Chelsea before joining Torino under former Watford boss Walter Mazzarri and has already made four appearances for the Serie A side.
“He is very happy with the minutes he has had so far, he hopes to do better and better”, the agent told Radio Marte.
“He met Sarri in his retreat, his goal is to return to Chelsea.”
Obasi also revealed his client have had offers during the summer but opted out in signing for Torino on a season long loan as look to gain more experience.
“He had several options, the boy wanted to try something different. He had some offers in the Bundesliga, but he liked the prospect of Italy.
“He chose il Toro because of the strong desire of Mazzarri, who strongly wanted him.
“We knew Mazzarri because he had experiences in England, his call was fundamental, when he called him he explained how he would put him in the team and how he would help him to improve”, the agent added.
