Alexis Sanchez is a target of Real Madrid, claims report in Spain.
Sanchez is being linked with almost every top club in Europe because he’s refused to sign a new deal with Arsenal. It is widely believed that he wants to leave the Emirates and will not extend his stay here.
He was the subject of a £60m bid from Manchester City last summer but Arsenal turned down the bid because a suitable replacement couldn’t be secured, much to the annoyance of the forward.
And Real Madrid who are in the market for a new striker would now try to sign Sanchez. Karim Benzema is struggling at Madrid and with no senior back up for the French man, the Spaniard’s are somewhat desperate to remedy the situation in January.
According to Don Balon via the Daily Cannon, Real are interested in signing Sanchez in January.
The report say he will be available for around £30m in the new year. Madrid are aware they can agree a pre-contract with the forward in January and could still decide to wait until the new year before signing him.
Sanchez has had a hit-and-miss season so far but showed his real quality against Tottenham Hotspur last weekend.
Many Gooners still want him to remain with us but would rather see him join Madrid rather than Manchester City or any other rival club.
