According to report via the Evening Standard, Arsenal have been handed a massive boost ahead of mid-week clash against Brentford in the Carabao Cup.
Sokratis Papastathopoulos was taken off during Arsenal’s win over Everton, plenty of fans were worried that he would miss a significant period of time.
The 30-year-old will sit out of Wednesday’s EFL Cup clash against Brentford but he is expected to play when Arsenal face the Gunners on Saturday afternoon.
