Arsenal manager Unai Emery has told Krystian Bielik he can leave the club this summer, amid heavy interest from AC Milan, Daily Star
Despite the dearth of quality in the back-line of Arsenal, Emery does not feature the Polish star in his plans for the coming the season.
Bielik who arrived Arsenal from Legia Warszawa in the January of 2015 has struggled to break in to the first team of Arsenal despite his versatility.
The 21-year-old star started out his career as a defensive midfielder but he’s comfortable playing as a defensive midfielder as well.
He has spent the last two seasons on various loan spells including stint at Birmingham City, Walsall and lately Charlton Atletic. Following his return from a loan spell at the end of last season, the player laid bare his desire to fearture regularly.
Consequently, Emery has sacked him from the team, after informing him he’s not in his plans for next season.
Arsenal are looking to a add a centre-back to their squad this summer but despite reaching an agreement for William Saliba, they will loan him back to Saint-Etienne, paving way for another defender.
However, Bielik is not the man for Emery and he’s been linked with a move to AC Milan and West Bromwich Albion.
AC Milan were initially linked with a move for Lucas Torreira but they failed to sign him.
Although Emery has not said if Ozil is in his plans for the coming season, the ex Germany international is on the radar of Fenerbahce.
