Arsenal continued their fine start to the season with a 2-1 win over Burnley at The Emirates on Saturday.
Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored the goals to send Arsenal joint-top of the table with Liverpool.
One moment during the game which caught the eye was a sublime piece of skill from Nicolas Pepe on Burnley’s Ben Mee.
Arsenal’s club-record signing is starting to show signs of why he was so highly-rated in France, with his close control and ability to drift past defenders.
However, after failing to have a full pre-season at Arsenal or Lille, Pepe is not fully fit as of yet and Unai Emery has opted against starting him in either of their league games so far.
With plenty of matches in all competitions to come, Pepe will surely soon get his chance to show Arsenal fans what he is all about.
Must start at Anfield can’t allow Robertson to bomb forward at every opportunity, he’ll be wary of Pepe’s pace.
