Wenger to make TWO changes vs Tottenham in very strong 4-3-3 formation

Arsene Wenger has revealed that Petr Cech is a doubt for the north London derby due to a calf injury, with the goalkeeper unable to train prior to Thursday.

David Ospina will be on standby to start in goal, then. Wenger stated Nacho Monreal looks set to be in contention following illness so the Spaniard could start in an unchanged back four.

Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Sead Kolasinac are the alternatives at left-back.

The Gunners boss may decide to switch from a 4-2-3-1 formation to a slightly more defensive 4-3-3 against Spurs, with Jack Wilshere perhaps earning a recall alongside Granit Xhaka and Aaron Ramsey in central midfield.

That would probably see Alex Iwobi drop to the bench, with Mesut Ozil and Henrikh Mkhitaryan playing in advanced midfield positions behind striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Alexandre Lacazette will likely have to settle for a place on the bench once more, while even if Danny Welbeck if fit to return from a muscle problem, a place among the substitutes appears the best he can hope for.

  1. ———————–Ospina———————

4 man defense is confusing the players and they end up making poorly. Three man defense will have them sit back and defend, hopefully. Time to kick Xhaka out of the team and allow others to truly try themselves. Ozil and Mkhitaryan start in the two attacking midfieder. Mhkitartan in the free role. Two CF with one biased to the left and one to right

  2. What a fucking information !!! Lacazette is not bought for benched warmer! Better he sort out news information and new first 11. Tired of all this shit!!
